To protect your greenhouse environment, the shutter includes interlocking louvers that provide a maximum weather seal when closed.

The system is designed for smooth, reliable performance through the use of nylon bearings and solid shafts. This corded model streamlines the setup process by including a pre-wired 10’ cord, eliminating the need for professional electrical wiring during installation. When power is supplied, the motor actively opens and holds the louvers; once power is removed, the included tension springs pull the shutter back to a secure, closed position.

For a fully automatic climate control system, this shutter can be paired with an optional single-stage thermostat, such as the VC115-C. This configuration allows the shutter to open and close automatically based on your specific temperature set points, ensuring your plants always have an optimal growing environment.
